Jai Bharath Educational Foundation, established in 2001, is owned and managed by the Jai Bharath Educational Trust, Ernakulam, a registered charitable organization which has been functioning in the field of education for the last several years. The Foundation started its first Educational Institution viz Jai Bharath Arts and Science college at Perumbavoor in 2002 with four graduate courses. Today , the College is offering four post graduate and six graduate courses with a student strength of nearly 1300. In 2007, the foundation has commenced the Jai Bharath Teacher’s Training College at Thrikkakara in Ernakulam District and in the year 2008 the K.M.M College of Arts & Science in Thrikkakara, Cochin was also started functioning. In the year 2009, the Jai Bharath College of Management & Engineering Technology at Arackappady, Perumbavoor offering five B.Tech Degree in Engineering courses was commenced. Now the Foundation has become one of the leading promoters of educational institutions in the country under the vision of its founder chairman, Mr. A. M Kareem and other Trust members.
